How to Register on TitoHub
  1. Go to Login / Registration .
  2. Under “Create an account”, fill in your details:
    • Full Name — enter your first and last name
    • Mobile — enter your phone number (with country code)
    • Member Type — select either Buyer or Vendor
    • Email — enter a valid email address
    • Password — at least 8 characters, must include a number
    • Confirm Password — retype your password
  3. Tick the box to agree with Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Click the Register button.
  5. Check your email inbox for a confirmation message and follow the instructions (if required).

How to Update Your Profile
  1. Enter your Shop Name
    Type the name of your shop or business in the Shop Name field.
  2. Write a Bio
    Add a short description about your shop or services in the bio box. This text is shown to customers on your profile.
  3. Upload Profile Picture (Logo)
    Click on the profile picture area or drag & drop your logo.
    Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
  4. Upload Cover Image
    Click on the cover image area or drag & drop a banner photo.
    Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
  5. Update Contact Details
    • Full Name — Enter your name
    • Mobile — Add your mobile number
    • Email — Your registered email address
  6. Change Password (Optional)
    If you want to update your password:
    • Enter your Current Password
    • Type your New Password
    • Confirm it by re-entering the password
  7. Save Changes
    Click the Update Profile button to save your updates.

Note: Make sure to upload clear images for your shop logo and cover to make your profile more attractive.

How to Add Items
  1. Enter Item Name: Type the product name clearly (e.g., Bluetooth Mouse).
  2. Select Item Details: Choose values for:
    • Item Type – e.g., Electronics, Women Dress
    • Category – main category of the product
    • Sub Category – more specific classification
    • Brand – product brand name (or select N/A if not applicable)
  3. Add Colors & Images: - Choose a color name and upload an image for it. - You can add multiple color variations. - Use the Upload button to attach the file. - If needed, use Delete to remove a color.
  4. Add Description: Use the text editor to enter product details with formatting (bold, bullet points, etc.). - If the text editor does not show, click Clear to reset the UI.
  5. Set Status: Choose whether the item is Active or Inactive.
  6. Preview Item: Click the Confirm button to check how your item will look before saving.
  7. Final Save: Once you are satisfied, click the Submit button to add the item successfully.

Note: Make sure to upload color images 1st, If the text editor does not appear, click the button before submit click on confirm button.

Stock Management Instructions
1. Search Item
  • Enter Item ID or Item Reference Number in the search box.
  • Click Search to fetch item details.
  • The system will display product details and load the Stock Management Table.
2. Stock Table

Each row corresponds to a stock option (e.g., color, size). Columns include:

  • Color / Option – Product variant (e.g., White, Black, Size S).
  • Value – Variant value if applicable.
  • Warranty – Warranty period (if applicable).
  • Currency – Currency type (e.g., LKR, USD).
  • Stock – Quantity available.
  • Unit Price – Cost per unit.
  • Retail Price – Selling price per unit.
  • Wholesale Price – Bulk price (with minimum quantity).
  • W Min Qty – Minimum quantity for wholesale price.
  • Actions – Options to edit or remove stock rows.
3. Manage Stock
  • Update stock details directly in the table fields (prices, stock counts, warranty, etc.).
  • Add or remove product variants if needed.
  • Ensure all mandatory fields are filled in before confirming.
4. Confirm Changes
  • Click the Confirm button after updating stock.
  • A confirmation message will appear once updates are saved successfully.

Note: Always double-check prices and stock quantities before confirming.Ensure wholesale price conditions are correct (minimum quantities).

How to Create an Order
1. Browse & Select Product
  • Open the product page (e.g., Casual Dress).
  • Check Retail Price, Wholesale Price, Availability, and Warranty.
  • Select Color and Size (if available).
  • Enter the desired Quantity.
  • Click Add to Cart.
2. Manage Shopping Cart
  • Review items in My Shopping Cart.
  • Adjust Quantity using + / - controls.
  • Check Subtotal and Total on the right side.
  • Use Return to Shop if you want to add more products.
  • Apply a Coupon Code if available.
  • Click Proceed to Checkout to continue.
3. Enter Billing Information
  • Fill in your Full Name, Email, and Phone Number.
  • Enter your Address, including City, State, Postal Code, Country.
  • Click Next to continue.
4. Enter Shipping Information
  • By default, shipping info is same as billing.
  • If different, uncheck and enter new Shipping Details.
  • Click Next to proceed.
5. Confirm Checkout
  • Review your order summary carefully.
  • Select a Payment Method: Cash on Delivery 💵 or Online Payment 💳.
  • Select a Delivery Method: Pickup 🏢 or Courier 🚚.
  • Click Submit Order to finalize your purchase.

Note: You will see an order confirmation message.
